My soccer league uses Active.com to process registrations and payments. I have seldom seen a system as poorly designed:

1. Active.com tried to overcharge me repeatedly, because it asked if I wanted multiple copies of my ID, and gave an error if I said no (said minimum number of multiple copies was 1), so I typed 1, it auto-checked Yes, and tried to charge me more. It did this on two separate categories, so it was trying to charge me for 2 extra IDs.

2. My transaction never went through, but every time I tried to redo it, it would ask me to pick a username and not let me because it thought the one I picked before was taken (yet not ask me to log in), so I had to cycle through 3 usernames without being able to complete a single transaction.
