Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.
--Martin Luther King
As outlined in my short essay What's wrong with American corporate structure --and how to fix it, I believe that corporations' ultimate governing body, their Board of Directors, should be reachable by employees and the general public, so that any irregularity can be reported. It is after all the Board's fiduciary responsibliity toward shareholders to look after the interest of shareholders, and how could they ensure they are doing this without having an open channel of communication with more than just the CEO. Unfortunately, the CEOs of some corporations do not post the composition of their Board of Directors on the company website, much less their contact info. So linked below is the relevant publicly available information for Adapt's: Adapt's Board of Directors is comprised of Sam Jadallah, Randy Strahan, Jason Green, Felix Racca, Robert Fisher, Michael Harris (CEO), and myself (Alex Bäcker). I'd be happy to provide references on my experience as an entrepreneur with each of them; you may contact me at alex
