I looked at my credit card statement and found a monthly Rhapsody bill, although my Rhapsody account shows no billing info and a free subscription. Probably my fault --I must have a second account. But X1 shows no email from Rhapsody to any other email address of mine. So I'm clearly not being notified of these charges. So I called them to cancel this subscription I have not been using. They put me on hold for 52 minutes, and at the end of that a voice told me the wait time currently exceeds one hour and I should call again some other time, then hung up on me. Could it not have said that *before* wasting an hour?
I was not impressed with Rhapsody's music recommendation technology or their UI, and I am not impressed by their customer service, either.
To cancel your service, call 1-866-597-5465. And pray they pick up.
